This page contains our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy agreements with all users and visitors to our website and students who may enroll in our courses.

TERMS OF SERVICE – CHOZEH CONNECTIONS

Chozeh Connections offers blog posts and online courses. Please read these Terms of Service (“TOS”) and Privacy Policy prior to registering for a course or using any portion of the Chozeh Connections website (the “Site,” which consists of all content and pages located within https://chozehconnections.com), including accessing any course material, live meetings, or other electronic services. These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are agreements (the “Agreements”) between you and Chozeh Connections setting forth the terms under which you may access and use the Site.

YOUR USE OF THIS SITE

By using the Site, you accept and agree to these Agreements, whether or not you register as a user. If you do not understand or do not wish to be bound by the terms of the Agreements, you should not use the Site.

As used in this Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Chozeh Connections.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time without advance notice. Any changes to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated effective date. By accessing the Site after any changes, you signify your agreement on a prospective basis to the modified Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Be sure to return to this page periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version of these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

DESCRIPTION OF CHOZEH CONNECTIONS

Chozeh Connections, launched October 2019, offers periodic blog postings and content on the topic of dreams, visions, the Bible and prophetic messages. Beginning in 2023, we also offer online courses that include opportunities for instructor-to-student, instructor-to-instructor, and student-to-student interaction, individual assessment of a student’s progress through knowledge checks, quizzes and assignments as part of our program, and, for students who demonstrate completion of the course and/or their mastery of subjects, a Certificate of Completion or other acknowledgment.

RULES FOR ONLINE CONDUCT

You agree that you are responsible for your own use of the Site and for your User Postings. “User Postings” include all content submitted, posted, published, or distributed on the Site by you or other users of the Site, including notes, questions, comments, videos, and file uploads.

  • You agree that you will use the Site in compliance with these Terms of Service and all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations, including copyright laws, any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence, and all United States export control laws.
  • You agree you will not use the Site in any manner intended to damage, disable, overburden, or impair or to interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected through hacking, password mining, or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information stored on the Site, its servers, or associated computers through any means not intentionally made available through the Site.

CONTENT STRICTLY PROHIBITED

We strictly prohibit the following types of content on the Site:

  • Content that defames, harasses, or threatens others.
  • Content that discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them.
  • Content that infringes another’s intellectual property, including, but not limited to, copyrights or trademarks; Profane, pornographic, obscene, indecent, or unlawful content.
  • Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation.
  • Viruses, corrupted files, malware, spyware, or any other similar software that may damage the operation of another’s computer or property.
  • Content with intentionally inaccurate information or intentionally posted to mislead others.

You agree not to misrepresent or attempt to misrepresent your identity while using the Site (although you are welcome and encouraged to use an anonymous username and to act in a manner that keeps your identity concealed).

USER ACCOUNTS AND AUTHORITY

In order to create a user account (“User Account”) and so participate fully in Site activities, you must provide a name and email address.

  • You agree that you will never share access to or access information for your User Account with any third party for any reason.
  • Additionally, you represent that the email provided by you is accurate and current. You agree to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current.

We care about the confidentiality and security of your personal information. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about what information about you we collect and how we use that information.

YOUR RIGHT TO USE CONTENT ON THE SITE

For the purposes of these TOS, the term “Site Content” includes all content posted to the Site, including but not limited to texts, quizzes, videos, images, and other instructional materials provided in connection with the courses offered on the Site, as well as User Postings posted by other users. Unless otherwise indicated, Site Content is protected by United States and foreign copyright laws. Also, you may engage only in personal, noncommercial use of the Site Content.

You may not otherwise reproduce, retransmit, distribute, display, publish as your own work, commercially exploit or otherwise make available any Site Content in print, electronic, or any other medium without crediting the author or obtaining permission. You may not record any portion of any course. Additionally, we strictly prohibit any additional presentation of any course or of materials derived from any course without the Site owner’s permission.

We use certain images and audio recordings and music tracks or articles, and other information on the Site with the permission and licenses from third parties. For example, depositphotos.com. Your use of that information may be subject to certain additional rules and conditions, and require you obtain a license. By using this Site, you agree to abide by all such rules and conditions. You agree to retain all copyright and other notices on any content you obtain from the Site. All rights in the Site and its content, if not expressly granted, are reserved.

USER POSTINGS

User Representations and Warranties. By submitting or distributing your User Postings, you affirm, represent, and warrant (1) that you have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and/or permissions to reproduce and publish the User Postings and to authorize Chozeh Connections and its users to reproduce, modify, publish, and otherwise use and distribute your User Postings in a manner consistent with the licenses granted by you below, and (2) that neither your submission of your User Postings nor the exercise of the licenses granted below will infringe or violate the rights of any third party. You, and not we, are solely responsible for your User Postings and the consequences of posting or publishing them.

License Grant to Chozeh Connections.

By submitting or distributing your User postings, you hereby grant Chozeh Connections a non-exclusive “royalty-free” license to host, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and otherwise use, make available your User Postings to build knowledge and foster internal discussions.

License Grant to Chozeh Connections Users.

By submitting or distributing your User Postings, you hereby grant to users of the Site a non-exclusive license to access and use your User Postings in connection with their uses of the Site for their own personal, noncommercial purposes.

CERTIFICATES OF COMPLETION

Generally. We may offer a Certificate of Completion or other acknowledgment (a “Certificate”) for students who, in our judgment, have satisfactorily demonstrated completion of a course and/or mastery of the course material. Chozh Connections issues Certificates. Furthermore, the decision whether to award a Certificate to a given student will be solely within our discretion. We may choose not to offer a Certificate for some courses.

REGISTRATION

Chozeh Connections will offer free and paid courses. We will update our Frequently Asked Questions and these TOS at the time that we initiate offering paid courses, to address Registration deadlines, cancellations and refunds when applicable.

In order to participate in a course that requires payment, individual users must complete the course registration process, which includes paying online with a valid credit card when they submit the registration form. We will grant access to the course site and materials after we receive payment. Each user will complete an individual registration.

PAYMENT

A third party (“Vendor”) processes required payments for courses. You will be re-routed to a secure website to complete the payment transaction. The privacy statement posted at the payment landing page operated by Vendor will govern the submission and processing of your payment details. Please familiarize yourself with those terms prior to initiating a transaction. Upon completion of your payment transaction, you will receive a confirmation email with your name, order number, and the payment amount. This email may originate from Vendor.

Please retain this email for your records. We will need this information if you seek a refund from us as described in these Terms of Service or Frequently Asked Questions. Any applicable coupon code must be entered at the time of registration in order to receive a discount. No discounts can be automatically applied after the registration form has been submitted. Offers cannot be combined for additional discounts.

Transfers / Substitutions / Deferments. 

Admission and fees paid for a paid course cannot be deferred to a subsequent session or transferred to another course without agreement by Chozeh Connections; however, you may cancel your registration and reapply at a later date. If you determine you are unable to participate in this course, please review our cancellation policy and contact admin@chozehconnections.com as soon as possible if you are eligible for a refund.

TRADEMARKS

Use of Chozeh Connections online Names, Trademarks and Service Marks, logos and seals are trademarks (“Trademarks”) of Chozeh Connections. You may not use any of these Trademarks, “Dream Meanings,” “Laying Dream Foundations,” “Building Interpretive Skills,” “Becoming a Dream Warrior,” or any variations thereof, without prior written consent. You may not use these Trademarks, or any variations thereof, for promotional purposes. Neither deliberately nor inadvertently to claims, suggest, give the appearance or impression of a relationship with or endorsement by Chozeh Connections.

DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT

Copyright owners who believe their material has been infringed on the Site should contact: admin@chozehconnections.com

Notification must include:

Identification of the copyrighted work, or, in the case of multiple works at the same location, a representative list of such works at that site. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. You must include sufficient information for us to locate the material (e.g., URL, computer name). Information for us to be able to contact the complaining party (e.g., email address, phone number). A statement that the complaining party believes that the use of the material has not been authorized by the copyright owner or an authorized agent.

CHOZEHCONNECTIONS.COM IS CURRENTLY HOSTED BY WORDPRESS.COM AND USES TUTOR LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. “COLLABORATORS” MEANS CHOZEH CONNECTIONS, THE ENTITIES PROVIDING INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR SERVICES FOR THE SITE, THE COURSE INSTRUCTORS AND THEIR STAFFS.

CHOZEH CONNECTIONS AND COLLABORATORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE IN AN UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE MANNER, THAT THE SITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. FURTHER, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE COURSES OR CONTENT PROVIDED WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

CHOZEH CONNECTIONS ALSO MAKES NO WARRANTY ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, OR QUALITY OF THE SITE OR ANY COURSES OR CONTEN. OR, THAT ANY PARTICULAR COURSES OR CONTENT WILL CONTINUE TO BE MADE AVAILABLE IN THE FUTURE.

USE OF THE SITE, AND THE CONTENT AND SERVICES OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH THE SITE, IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. You also understand and acknowledge that some User Postings may be inaccurate, offensive, defamatory, indecent, or objectionable. Notwithstanding, you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Chozeh Connections or Collaborators with respect thereto. Neither Chozeh Connections nor Collaborators endorse any User Postings or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.

Neither Chozeh Connections nor Collaborators have any obligation to monitor any User Postings or comments or any other user communications through the Site. However, we reserve the right to review User Postings and to exercise our sole discretion to edit or remove, in whole or in part, any User Posting at any time and for any reason, or to allow Collaborators to do so. Without limiting the foregoing, upon receiving notice from a user or a content owner that a User Posting allegedly does not conform to these Terms of Service, we may investigate the allegation and determine in our sole discretion whether to remove the User Posting, which we reserve the right to do at any time and without notice.

Links to Other Sites. 

The Site may include hyperlinks to sites maintained or controlled by others. Chozeh Connections and Collaborators are not responsible for and do not routinely screen, approve, review, or endorse the contents of or use of any of the products or services that other sites may offer. If you decide to access linked third-party websites, you do so at your own risk.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER CHOZEH CONNECTIONS NOR COLLABORATORS WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES, EITHER ACTUAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, OR YOUR (OR ANY THIRD PARTY’S) USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, OR YOUR PLACEMENT OF CONTENT ON THE SITE, OR YOUR RELIANCE UPON INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM OR THROUGH THE SITE, WHETHER YOUR CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE OR OTHER LAW.

IN PARTICULAR, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER CHOZEH CONNECTIONS NOR COLLABORATORS WILL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, AND WHETHER OR NOT CHOZEH CONNECTIONS OR COLLABORATORS HAVE BEEN NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE AT FAULT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS FOR DEFAMATION, ERRORS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTION IN AVAILABILITY OF DATA). CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Chozeh Connections and Collaborators, and their respective subsidiaries, and employees from and against any third party claims, actions or demands arising out of, resulting from or in any way related to your use of the Site, including any liability or expense arising from any and all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees, of every kind and nature.

MISCELLANEOUS

Termination Rights, Discontinuation of Courses and Content.

You agree (1) that we may terminate your use of the Site or your participation in it immediately upon notice to you if you materially breach any of these terms and fail to cure such breach within 30 days of receiving written notice from us about the breach; and (2) that in appropriate circumstances, we may terminate any users of the Site who are repeat copyright infringers. You will not be entitled to a refund if we terminate your use of or participation in the Site for either of these reasons.

Furthermore, we reserve the right at any time in our sole discretion to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or alter the format of any course offered through Chozeh Connections or to cease providing any part or all of the Site content or related services, in which case we will refund to you any fees prepaid for courses not delivered. If you no longer desire to participate in the Site, you may terminate your access at any time. The rights granted to you hereunder will terminate upon any termination of your access and right to use the Site, but the other provisions of these Terms of Service will survive any such termination.

Void Where Prohibited

Although the information on this Site is accessible worldwide, not all services discussed are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Chozeh Connection reserves the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Site is void where prohibited.

Governing Law

 In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of Florida shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State’s courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

Waiver and Severability of Terms of Service

 The Terms of Service supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Chozeh Connections with regards to this Site. No modification of the TOS shall be effective unless it is authorized by Chozeh Connections.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOS is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy together constitute the entire agreement between you and Chozeh Connections with respect to your use of the Site.

PRIVACY POLICY – CHOZEH CONNECTIONS

Chozeh Connections offers blog posts and online courses via online platforms. We care about the confidentiality and security of your personal information. Therefore, we use commercially reasonable efforts to keep your Personal Information secure, in compliance with this Privacy Policy. ”Personal Information” is defined below. As used in this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Chozeh Connections.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect through the Chozeh Connections site (the “Site”). This consists of all content and pages located within the https://chozehconnections.com web domain). As well as, information that we may collect from you in other ways. For example, information that you may provide to us via email, mail, social media, webinars or other means.

USERNAMES AND POSTINGS

Others who visit the site may view comments or other information you post to areas of the Site designed for public communications or communications among registered members. So, please use discretion when posting personal identifiable information to public area.

CONSENT TO PROCESSING OUTSIDE HOME COUNTRY

By using our Site, or providing information to us,

  • You understand and affirmatively consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of information for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy and the Chozeh Connections Terms of Service.
  • You hereby consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention by us of your Personal Information as described under this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to the transfer of your personal data between us and any web analytics provider we may use now or in the future. For users in the European Union, we adhere to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 known as the General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR). For users in the United Kingdom, we adhere to the GDPR as part of the Data Protection Act 2018. However, we do not have a Data Protection Officer as we do not fall within the categories and processors required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 of the GDPR.

For further certainty, any consent relating to a right to transfer information referred to in this section will include your consent to the transfer of the applicable Personal Information to a jurisdiction which may provide a different level of privacy protection from that available in your own country.

If you do not agree with these terms, then please do not access, browse, or register for the Site. If you choose not to provide us with certain information required to provide you with various services offered on our Site, you may not be able to establish a user account and we may not be able to provide you with those services.

In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information about yourself that you provide to us when using the Site. This occurs when you sign up for a user account or enter into a transaction through the Site, including (but not limited to) your name and email address.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

We collect information, including Personal Information, when you sign up for a user account, participate in online courses, register for a paid course, send us email messages, and/or participate in our public forums and social media. We also collect certain usage information about student performance and patterns of learning. In addition, we track information indicating, among other things, when, and the hyperlinks used.

We do not access reports with the IP address or operating system used by each user of the Site. We may be able to determine the nation or the regional geographic location of his or her point of connectivity, and the search engine that was used to reach our site. Any demographic information received in reports is aggregated and masked to protect the identity of the user. Further, we use this information only to determine the level of interest other cultures and countries have in our services. Generally, various web analytics tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster Analytics, Jetpack Analytics, Microsoft Forms, Crowdsignal, Mailchimp, Jot, WooCommerce, Facebook, Ionos, various Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services collect this demographic information as part of their business services.

COOKIES

Cookies collect some of the information. (These small text files placed on your computer store information about you). You can control how and whether your web browser accepts cookies. Most browsers offer instructions on how to reset the browser to reject cookies in the “Help” section of the toolbar. If you reject our cookies, many functions and conveniences of this Site may not work properly.

USE AND DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

When you register and pay for a course, you will be directed to a third-party payment processor and the submission of your payment information will be subject to the terms of that third party processor’s privacy statement.

We store user data only until the purpose for the data collected is achieved. Typically, we ask you to provide a name and valid email address to access our courses. We do not sell or misuse user data. We protect your data through various means including but not limited to browser encryption, log in authentication and authorization, role-based access controls, anti-virus and malware protections, and encrypted networks. Further, we ask that you use strong passwords and recommended you use a different email address from the ones you use for personal and financial business.

How we use collected information

Among other things, we may use the information about you collected through the Site (including your Personal Information) as follows:

  • To enable us to provide, administer, and improve our courses.
  • For the purpose for which you specifically provided the information. For example, to respond to a specific inquiry or provide you with access to the specific course content and/or services you select.
  • To track both individual and aggregate attendance, progress and completion of an online course, and to analyze statistics on student performance and how students learn.
  • To send you updates about online courses offered by Chozeh Connections or other events.
  • To send you communications about our blogs, products or services that may be of interest to you.
  • To send you email messages about Site maintenance or updates.
  • To authenticate your identity when you register for a course.
  • To process refunds, as applicable.

How we share collected information

We will share information we collect (including Personal Information) with third parties as follows:

  • With service providers or contractors that perform certain functions on our behalf. These include processing purchases via third party providers, and other transactions through the Site, operating the Site or portions of it, providing or administering courses.
  • We may use your postings originally made to non-public portions of the Site, without your real name and email (except with your express permission). However, we may use your username without your consent to resolve access problems.
  • To respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities.

  • As otherwise described to you at the point of collection or pursuant to your consent. To support integration with third party services. For example, videos and other content hosted on YouTube and other websites not controlled by us.

In cases where we share or disclose your Personal Information: (1) the third party recipients must handle the Personal Information in a confidential manner and to maintain adequate security to protect the information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, and destruction; and (2) we will only disclose and share the Personal Information required by the third party to fulfill the purpose stated at the time of collection.

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

The Site contains links to websites published by third parties, including other content providers and certain service providers and those who process payments on behalf Chozeh Connections. These other websites are not under our control, and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the collection and use of your information by such websites, unless we have otherwise indicated in this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of each third party website you visit and use.

SECURITY

Chozeh Connections’ site is hosted by WordPress.com and uses Tutor Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, their processes to protect Personal Information in its possession or control includes various privacy and security policies and procedures. Administrative, and technical safeguards reasonably and appropriately protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Personal Information received, maintained, or transmitted.
